Little Mix (previously named Rhythmix) are the 2011 winners of The X Factor UK, a girl band made up of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and formerly Jesy Nelson.
They made X Factor history by becoming the first group to ever win and take the grand prize and their debut single, a cover of Damien Rice’s ballad “Cannonball” was released digitally the morning after their win.

On August 4th 2012, Little Mix released their first single “Wings” which went to No.1 in UK and Ireland as well as charting in various countries (Australia and US – just to name a few). The song was then featured on their debut album DNA , along with singles such as the title track, “Change Your Life” and “How Ya Doin’?”. The album broke records, earning the highest chart debut position by a British girl group on Billboard – taking out its predecessor, the Spice Girls!

Throughout the years 2013 – 2020, Little Mix has continued to release 5 albums: Salute (2013), Get Weird (2015), Glory Days (2016), LM5 (2018), Confetti (2020), and have embarked on successful sold-out tours.

On December 14th 2020, Jesy Nelson decided to leave the group, citing personal reasons.
